Welcome to the Karuna Wellness Studio mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App
The App is intended to provide wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle information and resources. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to use the App.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
If the App includes paid services or subscriptions, pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We are not liable for issues arising from those providers. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled as outlined during checkout.

All content in the App (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Karuna Wellness Studio. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided ‘as is’ without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Karuna Wellness Studio will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
