Through strength-based, trauma-informed, and shame-free sessions, we offer compassionate support to move in ways that boost your mental health, energy, and resilience—not your calorie burn.

We’re also experienced in working with clients navigating eating disorder recovery, body image concerns, and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

What to Expect from Virtual Personal Training

Please note, our personal training services are intended to be live, one-on-one physical activity sessions guided by a Certified Personal Trainer. Custom "take home" workout plans are a separate service and fee -- while we are happy to provide them upon request, our preferred method of working with clients is to engage in real time and develop a relationship between trainer and client to provide ongoing, compassionate movement support.

Can I Use My Insurance for Personal Training?

In some cases, yes! If you have a health condition or medical need that justifies personal training, your insurance plan may offer coverage. We’re happy to help check your benefits and submit claims when possible.
