  • Completed Dietetic Internship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY

Sarah is a patient-centered, trauma-informed Dietitian who is passionate about accompanying her clients on their journey to reclaiming their health, creativity, and joy in life through letting go of old narratives and negative inner dialogues that interfere with a healthy relationship with food and body. Her broad experiences working as a clinical dietitian in eating disorder and non-eating disorder hospital and outpatient settings, as a clinical nutrition manager, and foodservice director have helped shape her approach to treating an array of health and nutrition-related problems – always with the goal of meeting clients where they are and centering change and growth around client’s goals and values. She ensures creating a safe space where her clients can discover and explore their authentic selves, meet their needs while rediscovering joy, and work toward autonomy and independence in their relationship with food and body. Sarah believes every client has the right to evidenced-based intuitive eating nutrition therapy, the ability to unravel trauma narratives interfering with adequate nutrition intake and food freedom, and the power to flourish and thrive while moving towards improved health and well-being. She can walk alongside you while you navigate nutrition problems related to disordered eating, eating disorders, bariatric nutrition, body image & weight concerns, heart disease, PCOS, diabetes, GI disorders, women’s health, sports nutrition, and neurodiversity such as ADHD and autism-spectrum disorders. She currently resides in Asheville, NC where she is deeply rooted and connected to her family and friends, mountain biking, paddle boarding, swimming, ecotherapy, cooking, and gardening.
