Elisha Wardner is a Registered Dietitian who enjoys sharing her passion for whole-body nutrition and health. She has a background in wellness consulting, paired with a strong foundation in nutritional science.

Over the years, Elisha has worked in community health centers, outpatient clinical centers, corporate wellness training, school nutrition programs, and within eating disorder programs.

Elisha takes a compassionate approach to help clients create sustainable behavior changes for healthy minds, bodies, and souls. She integrates evidence-based medical nutritional therapy with intuitive eating practices and body positivity. No matter how busy your life may be, she will help you set manageable goals to help keep you accountable on your wellness journey.

While working as a nutrition assistant at Klarmen’s Eating Disorder program, Elisha developed a non-diet and Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy. Today, she aligns her counseling approach with this framework and aims to support clients as they disengage from disordered eating and the diet culture.

In her free time, Elisha loves to run, travel, relax on the beach, cook, and spend time with her family and friends.
