Erika is a Registered Dietitian who approaches nutrition counseling with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. She believes that meaningful change begins with safety and trust, creating space for clients to explore their relationship with food without judgment or pressure. Her work is grounded in a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed philosophy that values progress over perfection and supports both physical and emotional well-being.

With experience across sports, clinical, and community nutrition, Erika is passionate about supporting individuals and families of all ages. She has a special interest in supporting children and teens with feeding challenges, selective eating, or body image concerns, as well as adults who want to rebuild confidence and peace around food. Drawing from her background in sports nutrition, Erika also loves helping active individuals fuel their performance and well-being in a balanced, sustainable way.

Erika strives to make nutrition feel less overwhelming and more intuitive, helping each person find a balanced, flexible approach that fits their life, values, and goals.
