Rasha Khaffagi, MS, RD, CPT, RYT
Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, PA)
- Master of Public Health, Nutrition and Dietetics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC)
Rasha brings a uniquely grounded, compassionate approach to personal training, shaped by a nontraditional path into health and wellness. After an early career as a CPA, she discovered a deep passion for nutrition, movement, and whole-person well-being. She went on to earn a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later worked as a clinical dietitian in a psychiatric hospital, specializing in disordered eating, before transitioning into private practice and movement-based work.
Today, Rasha offers weight-neutral, client-centered, and trauma-informed personal training, supporting clients in building strength, mobility, and flexibility in ways that feel safe, empowering, and sustainable. Her sessions emphasize embodiment—helping clients reconnect with their bodies, improve functional movement, and feel more confident and capable in everyday life. Drawing from her background in eating disorder care, yoga, and fitness, Rasha is especially attuned to how movement can support both physical and emotional well-being.
Rasha’s philosophy is rooted in meeting clients where they are. She partners with each individual to create a training experience that honors their lived experiences, preferences, and goals, while celebrating progress in all its forms—especially the small, meaningful wins that often matter most.
Outside of sessions, Rasha finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loves spin classes, yoga, crossword puzzles, trying new recipes, getting lost in mystery novels, and—most enthusiastically—cheese. These moments of curiosity, play, and balance reflect the same values she brings into her work with clients.
