- Completed Dietetic Internship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA
Reuby is a Canadian-born Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders in children and teens. She is passionate about helping young people develop a healthier relationship with food. Reuby completed advanced eating disorder training through an Adolescent Medicine fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. She has experience across all levels of care, including residential, PHP, and IOP programs.
Reuby works with clients at Karuna Wellness Studio and also supports youth full-time at Backcountry Wellness, a leading eating disorder program in Connecticut.
Using a HAES-aligned, all-foods-fit approach, Reuby tailors each session to the client’s unique personality, needs, and motivation. She believes that building genuine, trusting relationships is essential to effective nutrition care. Her counseling style is both collaborative and compassionate, making her a trusted partner in recovery.
In her free time, Reuby enjoys walking or hiking with her dog, Cooper. She’s a lifelong hockey fan and loves exploring New York’s best food spots. On winter weekends, you’ll likely find her on the slopes.
