Tori is a Registered Dietitian in Texas specializing in eating disorder care. She approaches her work with empathy, patience, and a deep commitment to understanding the root causes behind each person’s behaviors and experiences. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive space where patients feel safe exploring challenges, building new skills, and making meaningful, lasting change. She supports individuals in practicing intuitive eating, finding ways to gently reintroduce movement into their routine, and building confidence that all foods can fit into a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Tori’s background includes experience in both residential and inpatient eating disorder settings, where she gained hands-on insight into emotional regulation, behavioral patterns, and the unique challenges many patients face. She is especially skilled in supporting individuals who become easily dysregulated—helping them ground, regulate, and better understand the emotions that drive their behaviors. Tori meets patients where they are while encouraging them to take gentle steps outside their comfort zones to support growth.

In her previous community and clinical experience, Tori has enjoyed using creativity to develop handouts, tools, and personalized interventions that support skill building and long-term success. She also values close collaboration with families and caregivers to help create supportive home environments where patients can continue working toward their goals with confidence.

Outside of work, Tori recharges through simple moments of calm and creativity. You can often find her relaxing in a cozy coffee shop, taking long walks with her dog, or unwinding with Legos and puzzles—usually paired with a favorite snack and a comfort show. These routines help her stay grounded and bring renewed energy and compassion to the individuals she supports.
