Samantha is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) based in California, with five years of clinical experience supporting clients across the lifespan. She blends her background in acute care with a holistic, root-cause approach to help individuals heal their relationship with food, support their overall wellbeing, and navigate complex medical or nutrition concerns.
Her counseling style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in whole-body wellness. Samantha looks beyond symptoms to understand the full picture—nutrition patterns, gut health, stress, sleep, hormones, and lifestyle—to create personalized, sustainable strategies that actually fit real life. She is especially passionate about working with individuals recovering from eating disorders, those exploring functional nutrition for chronic symptoms, and anyone hoping to reconnect with their body and feel better in their everyday life.
Samantha works as a Clinical Dietitian at a major medical center in Los Angeles and also sees clients in an outpatient setting. Her doctoral training in functional and integrative nutrition has strengthened her ability to support complex cases in a compassionate, evidence-based way.
